UTI while pregnant, help.

So about a week ago I found out I had a uti (urinary tract infection). I’ve been taking antibiotics and have 4 days left on them, but for the last 2-3 days I’ve been having what I’d say is severe cramping in my lower uterus. Today the cramps are feeling much more intense & quite uncomfortable. I’m 15 weeks tomorrow, should I call my midwife or should I be okay? This is my second baby & I never had a uti with my first nor did I suffer these kind of cramps
