Too much sodium?
Currently 7 weeks 2 days. My favorite ramen in the whole world is Nissin Ramen Chicken Terryaki Chow Mein. I quit eating it a while before I knew I was pregnant but now I’m craving it like crazy and I just want to indulge just this once to satisfy the crazy cravings. It has 680 mg. I know I know that’s a lot🙈.
Update: Thanks everybody for the advice. I ended up using an alternative sauce that has less sodium in it. ☺️🤰🏻
