ovulation and spotting ?

so glow predicts my O day to be the 28th. i had sex the 24th and 27th. i noticed sunday i had ewcm and monday the 28th i spotted brown/pink all day and still currently am (it’s 1:30am here) i have some twinges/cramping in my left ovary. if i have sex tonight (29th) so tuesday but after dinner wise , am i still good since it’s the day after O and the spotting ? i can’t remember how many days i had the ewcm. i noticed it more sunday. are my chances still good ? or having sex sunday morning gave me the best chance ?
