Ovulation after early miscarriage

Hi I was 4+1 when I started miscarrying/ having a chemical pregnancy.

I track ovulation by discharge, cervix position and temping. I know when I ovulate in my cycle it’s the same every month.. 16th day of my 32 day cycle.

I’m 2 days past bleeding with this loss, 1 day past spotting and I’m ovulating already?? And honestly I know I am, I know my body and I know I’m ovulating I just don’t understand how so soon??
