Hit me with your success stories - I need hope

I'm feeling really deflated.

I'm out of ideas and feel ready to give up. Basically I'm looking for stories from women who had no luck ttc no.1 for 2+ years and then suddenly got pregnant. What did you do differently?

Bit of background:

I'm 33 years old (for another 3 weeks) and my other half is 34. We started our TTC journey in September 2017 and without fail af has arrived every month.

I've had all my blood tests and everything is fine. I had a laparoscopy and my tubes are clear. I even had a scan a year after the laparoscopy and everything still looks great.

My other half had a semen analysis and although his motility is low (>31 is low and his was bang on 31), his sperm count was really high (>14.9 million/ml is low and his was 81.4 million/ml) so the specialist wasn't too concerned, just recommended taking vitamin c. (UPDATE: new semen analysis and motility is up to 70).

I know we are definitely baby dancing right through my fertile window as I'm tracking my bbt and using opks. We are having to do the turkey baster method as my other half suffers from delayed ejaculation, but we've done our research so I'm pretty sure we are doing it right. I also use preseed as I don't produce a great deal of CM.

The only thing I can think of being the problem is that I start bleeding 9 dpo. It's not my period just brown/pink spotting for 5 days and then on 14dpo my period arrives. I've started taking vitex and vitamin b6 as well as doing acupuncture to try to fix this, but so far nothing 😔

I need some hope and I'm sure there are others on this app who do too.
