Heyyyy, so I’m currently 23 weeks pregnant & got sick out of no where. & now I’m super congested. I literally can’t sleep 😣. Do any of you know what I can take or do? Is nasal spray & Benadryl fine during pregnancy? Any suggestion 😭?
