The flu shot can only protect you from a few strains, and it takes two full weeks to offer the best protection. Some protection is definitely better than none. I get the flu shot every year, so do my girls (12, 4, and 18 months) and my husband. The flu KILLS and it’s no joke. If you’re around people in a public setting for work you should definitely get it.
