I need help

Sorry ladies I’m probably going to be on here asking a lot of silly questions but please bare with me (ftm) .

Okay so I’m 5w1d as of today and for the past couple of mornings when I wake up I get this urge to 💩 I rarely use the bathroom early in the morning like that so it’s kind of weird for me. Ik when my cousin was carrying she had the same urge and ended up having a miscarriage on the. Toilet and I’m so scared that’s going to happen to me I have very mild cramps come and go but nothing to severe has anyone had this happen and baby was okay I go to the drs tomorrow morning.
