When could other people feel your baby moving?

My husband is so excited to feel our twins move. I am only 21 weeks but am feeling them move more and more. I was just curious to when other people could feel your baby's move.

First pregnancy around week 28, second around week 17-18.

Im 28 weeks and my
Husband says he still cant feel our daughter move who you can obviously see move the whole time. My three year old will even feel her move. The one day i picked him up from the sitter and he hugged me and got kicked in the head leans back and goes baby Bailey that wasnt nice. Everyone is different i guess
