Is this breast cancer?

So I've had a bad itching in my left breast. It's been 10 days since i stopped feeding my baby. Idk what's wrong. I went to the doctor and she said thay it was fine just a little bit scaly. But it is weird that when i went to the doctor i took a quick shower before. And the doctor didn't see the mark. The night after i came back from the doctor the area under my nipple became so red and swollen. I searched up on the Internet and it says it can be eczema and stuff. But i don't really understan this. My breast keeps itching so bad and there this small drop size discharge from the inflamed area under the nipple.

My breast is all a mess. The skin is peeling off. There are two slightly high joined circles under by nipples. They're red and the skin on them is peeling off too. I put on the eczema cream but should i go to the doctor again? Does anyone know about this? Help please 😭
