Early Pregnancy Symptoms

Just wondering what kind of symptoms everyone is having that’s in the early part of their first trimester? I’m 4w4d, and I’m very tired, very hungry, sometimes slightly nauseous, and my boobs are sore. I get a little worried because I just had a MMC at the end of May, and my symptoms with that baby were very similar. That baby ended up having Downs Syndrome. Is there any correlation between your symptoms and the viability of the pregnancy? I’m trying not to think about the scary stuff, but it’s hard sometimes.
