Normal?

I’ve been having mild backaches and now I’m having VERY little brown spotting almost nothing but it’s there. Should I be worried? Currently 6 weeks. First pregnancy so I don’t know what is normal and what isn’t. My CM has increased as well. Started off thick and white, now it’s more watery and clear. I have my first appointment in two weeks. Should I see my gyno? Over thinking it? Lol

TMI I literally feel something leaking, but nothing is there when I check?! Ugh lol
