One pan bake
Chicken and rice! The recipe said put it in for 45 minutes it’s been well over that and the rice is still HARD!!! Crunchy hard!! I’m about to just toss the whole thing in the trash and starve I’m so frustrated :( I added more water and I’ve put it back in for the second time for I guess 25 minutes again.
The recipe said UNCOOKED rice. Next time I’ll just buy the precooked stuff lol
