Is there a chance?

Hey guys so my last period finished october 1st I ovulated on October 13th me and my partner been having sex almost everyday before my ovulation day and we also did the day of ovulation my period is now 3 days late I took 2 pregnancy test they both came back negative, I’m getting cramps and my nipples hurt to the touch is there any chance I could be pregnant? If not why is my period late they jus got back on track ? From being irregular do to me being on depo a year or so ago
