Any other june mamas having this problem?

My hair is falling like crazy and i dont know what to do advice please.... Sidenote it falls when its dry too but not as bad as when its wet.... Second side note the clump of hair you see in my hand is before i even brushed it this fell into my hand while rinsing my hair and it happend 4/ 5 times already

Yes, had my baby June 19th and im so self conscious about it. My hair is falling out in clumps like that and i feel like i have a receding hair line. But same thing happened after i had my daughter so i know it’s normal.

I hold that much hair in my hand after every shower for the last 1.5 months. Not sure how I have any hair left on my head...

The extra thickness we had while pregnant was because hair that would have normally fallen out stopped falling out due to hormones. With hormones again adjusting, the cycle has restarted and all that hair that didn’t fall out then is falling out now but all at once. It’s noticeable because new hair can’t grow in fast enough. It sucks. I’m going through it too but nothing we can do.   ...or maybe next I’m pregnant I’ll let my (then) toddler continue pulling out my hair like he does now and force regrowth during pregnancy! :)

This is me. I dont have much hair left in my head now. I am almost going bald and too much self conscious. Dont know what to do. I do take prenatal vitamins and cant see any difference.

Mine wasn’t that bad but was enough for me to notice it. It seems to have slowed down a bit now thankfully but I do have thin areas at the front of my hairline. 
It is normal but if you are worried you could see a doctor and see if there’s anything they can give you x
