Bumps on my ass

What the heck! I just felt small little bumps on one ass cheek really close to my crack. It’s like a little cluster of small bumps. Not red or irritated. They don’t hurt. I know they just got there bc they weren’t there yesterday. I have a fiancé and have been together for 5 years so no weird sexual business going on. I’ve never ever had bumps on my ass? They don’t LOOK like pimples bc they aren’t red or anything but idk I don’t like the way it looks. Has this ever happened to anyone else? What did you do to get rid of them??
