Help - vvv confused

About 2 months ago or so I missed a pill for about 2 days (I had Saturday’s left and missed a day, took Saturdays pill a day later. Then couldn’t take one Monday (as I had ran out, the clinic was also closed Monday) so I went to get more Tuesday. Got them, took it like normal on Tuesday. I had started bleeding (due to lack of pill, my body thinking it’s time for a period etc) so I bled lightly like usual (I rarely miss pills or take a break from my combined pill cos I hate periods lol)

Since then I’ve been bleeding lightly, it’s a brownish colour, sometimes bright red, so I’m guessing a mixture of old blood and new? No idea. Anyway I haven’t missed one since, it’s been 2 months and I’m still bleeding. It gets lighter, then heavier at the most random times.

It’s even WORSE when I have sex and it can be a bloodbath sometimes yuck.

I dunno what to assume as this has never happened. The last time I missed one, I bled for a little while then it stopped but I’ve been wearing panty liners for the past 2 months and I’m sick of it. Any ideas or hints at what this is? 😌🙄
