Pregnancy?

I've two girls. One is 3 years old, the other is 9 months. Both planned pregnancies, I think I might be pregnant again ( not planned ) I'm freaking out. I'm terrified to test incase its positive. I feel so guilty on my girls. I already struggle to give them one on one. But I'm really enjoying the milestones with the baby this time round, shes so funny and good. I cant even blame alcohol because I dont drink. We are usually so careful!
