If it’s just saline I think you’re fine.

Yes, it fine, although it's always best to check with your care provider. It was a lifesaver for me, though! I was also cleared to take Mucinex (not the decongestant kind, just the regular expectorant).
When you use the nasal rinse, make sure you use it with distilled water.
