Really concerned

I got a a lighl positive pregnancy test 4 days ago and the line hasn’t progressed at all since then but it’s still there. Spotting keeps happening alone with cramps. Getting really concerned! I went for a progesterone and hcg draw today. Progesterone came back low and I haven’t gotten the hcg test yet. I’m feeling like this baby isn’t sticky
