TMI husbands cant cum inside me TTC?

So, my husband and I are TTC but he cant cum inside me.. its a mental thing he does sometimes but others he gets stage fright.. we both want this so badly and he is going to  counseling to help this problem.. If he starts to cum on me and then pushes it in and continues to cum would that still be as efficient ? We've been trying for a few months now and im using ovulation kits and tracking and still no luck! :(
