Your blood tests should be covered by insurance. I had insurance coverage but I had to pay the first $6k out of pocket. I paid $1100 for an HSG, and my clomid and letrozole were less than $10 a month. Ultrasound/office visits were maybe $130 a pop, and an IUI was $350. So if you add that up for three cycles, maybe $2000 for three IUI? I ovulated regularly and early so I didn’t need more than 1-2 US a cycle. My clinic had self pay pricing, so I would look into that at your clinic-they should be able to give you a price sheet like mine did.

Shop around! As weird as that sounds. You don’t have to get labs done at the fertility clinic. I did all my labs (not the IUI or ultrasound) at my works on-site clinic for free. If you can call around and ask pricing I would.

We haven’t gone through with it yet but we’ve priced it out. For us it will probably be a little less than 6k.
