someone help me i’m going to loose my mind!

I’ve got an awful yeast infection. i’ve only had one THIS bad before. yesterday I went to the doctor and got the fluconazole pill (i’ve taken it before) usually I feel relief very very soon after I take the pill. but it’s been more than 24 hours and i’m still so itchy i want to cry. what else can I do to stop the itching because i’m going to LOOSE my mind with the pain and discomfort. Please help me with any remedies you have for intense yeast infections. thank you 😢
