Bath after C section

When did most of you take a bath after c section? I had an incision check at 2 weeks and the doctor said it looked great, however I forgot to ask her about it. On my paper work it says I can bathe after 2 weeks. But with my first c section that was with a different doctor I was told to wait until 6 weeks.

Idk if I should go ahead and take one? I thought of taking one in our other bath tub that's not deep that way I don't completely submerge the incision just incase?
