Ferber method, first night UPDATE

I’m on shock! Tonight we are attempting to sleep train our little one.

So far, all we have had to do is 1 round at the 3 minute mark but about 5 minutes after that she was passed out!

This has to be a fluke right!?

We a room sharing so I have no idea how it will go through the night. I’ll keep you updated..

Update;

She woke when we went to bed but let her cry for 3 mins then out dummy in and she went to sleep. Woke again at 1am she cried for 3 mins then the 5 mins and went to sleep. 4am was rough, she cried for 3 mins, 5 mins, 10 mins and then finally after another 10 mins she fell asleep. All naps she’s fallen asleep instantly but only for 30 mins 😫
