Child Care

My MIL will be caring for my baby when I go back to work in two weeks. Is there anyone who pays their family member to watch their child? If so, how much do you pay them? She won’t give us an amount and we’re struggling to decide what’s a reasonable amount. She still has income from working part time but went part time to be able to care for my baby.

She didn’t ask to be paid, we want to do it.
