Help!?!?

Anyone else had severe constipation this go around? In the last hour I’ve tried popcorn, coconut oil, & coffee mixed with coconut oil and nothing has helped! I need some ideas here before I go to the Ed 😫

I had it with my daughter in the last trimester and added restoralax to my morning tea/coffee everyday and it helped a lot. 
This time around, I’m pregnant with twins and constipation started around 8 weeks. I’m now 17 + 4 and have started to add in Collace and Glycerin suppositories (all given to me by my doctor.) She says if I go too long without “going” that I need to go to the labor and delivery floor at my hospital and they will give me an enema.

Mine was TERRIBLE! 
Doctor told me to take stool softener daily. It took about a week to kick in, but now I’m going frequently! 
Prune juice just made me vomit, I couldn’t stomach it.

It's the worst! I finally got some relief with NaturalCalm magnesium drink. Start small -- half a teaspoon -- and drink before bed. I still only take 1 tsp just a few nights a week and am mostly regular now. Helps you sleep and helps with muscle aches, too.

Try drinking prune juice or eating prunes. My mum swears by orange juice with the bits in it.

Girl, YES! I spent yesterday Googling ‘constipation pain during pregnancy’ because (as I’m sure everyone understands) any abdominal pain scares me. What’s normal? What isn’t? It is currently 4:15am and I am awake feeling bloated and uncomfortable. Probably TMI but I do go, but barely, and every other day. I’ve never experienced this in my life. “Second trimester is easier” my hind foot. If it isn’t morning sickness it’s something else.

This is my 3rd pregnancy and never have I had such severe constipation! My remedy after seeing 2 doctors..
3 colace daily in morning 
Puritans Pride Gentle Laxative (3-6x day before bed)
2 tbls ground flaxseed mixed with a Chinese tea I get on Amazon or at Asian markets called 3Ballerina Senna Tea
and a teaspoon of honey.
On top of all this I’m trying to eat 30 grams of fiber a day.
This has FINALLY done the trick as of the past 3 weeks and I’ve been suffering for 4 months now.

Yes!! I did not have this with my daughter. Ugh! So painful! 🙈 Mind is helped by eating fruits and veggies and drinking lots of water.
