Is this morning sickness?

Thought it would be nice to go out for breakfast but the restaurant had a terrible wait and was running out of food, so we left. As soon as we got in the car to leave I felt car sick. He tried to take me to Moe's for lunch because it had gotten so late, but the smell when I walked in had me holding my nose. I've completely lost my appetite and just want to be in bed. I didn't actually throw up, just feel like I easily could. Is this what morning sickness feels like or am I just upset that I didn't get my pancakes with fruit topping?
