Bd Problems

Ive filed for divorce he keeps stalling to pay his half of the divorce to complete it, we have a 2 year old in common he always picks him up late on his days when he has him sun-mon and has his mom always drop him off at daycare for him instead of him gives me child support late aswell so today was the last draw he told me he would pick up baby late again when I already had made plans and had to cancel them because he dont pick him up on time so I decided Im not answering him and wont be getting baby for his days anymore😡

Am I wrong here.?
