Hair loss what can help?

Okay so I’ve experienced tremendous hair loss after have my daughter or using birth control I don’t know which one but I have been losing more and more. I don’t know if any of you have had this problem but I need help in what things I can use to make my hair grow more because I do have a lot of baby hair but it still falls out a lot.
