Bv/yeast infection

I got a call from my dr after my first set of labs saying to take vitamin d supplement and then when I reach 12 weeks, take fluconazole that she prescribed. I just received my insurance summary of the ordered lab tests and one test is a code for analysis of DNA of bacterial vaginosis, another one is hepatitis c, abnormal 2nd test. I was wondering if untreated yeast or bacterial infection could have caused me to miscarry and my other question is why on earth would they do a second hepatitis test.... I've never had hepatitis or any reason to suspect/contact hepatitis and my dr never mentioned anything about that... Anyone have information???
