Do you guys limit your caffeine intake when breastfeeding?

If so, what is your limit? 
I think it's cruel that we have to stay up all night and then worry about the caffeine that keeps us awake 🤣🤣

I don’t limit at all. My little guy sleeps fine, in fact he pretty much always wants to sleep still lol and I drink Dr Pepper all day and some days have coffee as well.

I just started having one or two cups a day (I don't actually like coffee.. But I neeeed the caffeine so I found some flavoured ones I can stomach 😆)
I've heard up to 3 cups a day is okay.

I don’t limit at all. 🙃 If I noticed her getting excessively gassy or restless then I’d probably limit, but so far she fine. I always drink tons of water between my cups of coffee though, so that helps I’m sure. I’d die without coffee 🤣

I looovvveee coffee! Depending on what time the day starts, I’ll limit myself to 2-3, and have the last one by mid afternoon. I do find that I never completely finish each cup though... sigh.

I haven’t and have had no problems with my baby who is 10.5 weeks Old. I generally have a large iced cold brew coffee a day, which I believe is 300+mg of caffeine. It doesn’t keep him awake or make him fussy and he’s gained plenty of weight (EBF and gained 6+ lbs at 8 weeks).

I drink 1 large coffee a day - most of the time I don't actually get to finish it because I won't drink lukewarm coffee 😅 I also don't drink it after 1pm

I was having caffeinated drinks everyday since baby was born but she gets super gassy and fussy so I've limited my caffeine to maybe one caffeinated drink a week.

I’ve been drinking caffeine free diet Dr Pepper😓 cuz I’m worried it will effect her sleeping and I don’t wanna chance it
