Is LOVING Christams SO MUCH a fad?

I've noticed more people jumping on the "early christmas" train and set things up in October/November. To me it just seems like an attention seeking thing cuz if you loved it that much, you'd leave it up year round or put it up in July and not have to post about doing it. Anyone else roll their eyes at the early xmas tree posts?

I see more posts about people complaining about people who love the Holidays. Why does it matter to you? Is it affecting you in any way? Okay, you don’t put your tree up until Christmas Eve, cool. That’s your prerogative. If someone wants to put there’s up November 1st, then what’s the issue? Let people live their lives and do what makes them happy. ￼

I find it more annoying when September begins and I see an endless stream of social media posts about how much people love fall and “call me crazy but I love fall and cozy sweaters and PSLs WAY more than summer!” Like as if you’re so unique for liking fall and that summer is mainstream or something? Lmao. But then I’m like ok... so you think that’s unique then, to like fall...? Then why are 2874738363 people posting about it...? 😂 that irks me way more than the Christmas thing, like stop acting like you’re special because of which season you prefee hahaha

I love Chritsmas!  I would have my tree up year round but my husband wont let me. Plus I think it's more special to only have it up a short time. If you don't like it,  block their posts. People are going to post about what they like. I wait until the end of November usually,  but I will post pictures of Christmas decorations and stuff. I'm going to post and talk about what I want to. I'm sure there's stuff you post that annoy other people.

We set up outdoor lights in November because it is way easier and safer to do than in December where it rains every single day. But I wait until after Thanksgiving to put up anything inside.

I'm usually a beginning of December christmas decorator (last year I didn't have any decorations up as had just lost a baby and was not in the festive spirit)
This year however I'm due on december 1st so want my decorations up before baby arrives in case I don't have chance/the energy to put them up afterwards
