Makena shots?!?

Question

So my ob has me starting them next week. I just received a paper from the Makena company telling me all about the shot. It says to tell your doctor if you have what’s on the list they provide. Well I have three of the listed things. I have epilepsy, asthma and migraines. So now I’m beyond scared to start them. Does any other momma have any of those conditions and have taken the makena shot?

I had to taken them because of my last pregnancy with my son I went into preterm labor at 34 weeks and 4 days. Plus what didn't help was the last 2 weeks I had 2 hospital trips because of bad bacterial infections thanks to my husband being a cheater. A whole separate story. 
Anyways my pregnancy with my daughter I started them at 16 weeks and I was supposed to take them til I was 36 weeks but I ended up delivering her at 35 weeks and 2 days due to preeclampsia. 
It did help me tremendously, but the shots are like painful with the stinging of the needle and then the medication. But it was worth it in my experience.
