Baby movements less and GD

Hi All,

I am currently 35 weeks pregnant and was diagnosed with Gestational diabetes around 24 weeks .Sugars are now under control but the doctor has told me to track movements after each meal.Problem is that since one week I am unable to feel much movements,went to doc 3 days back for less movements,baby was sleeping in NST as well and went fr scan.Today again movements are less,my doc told I am getting anxiety attacks and thats not good for the baby But how do I ensure baby is doing fine.Everything things Ive gone crazy now ☹️
