Upset and hurt

My husband was scheduled for surgery first of the year. The doctor had an opening tomorrow morning come available. When I made him tell his doctor that will be doing the surgery that he had a really bad sinus infection. They told him that he couldn't have the surgery tomorrow. This was around 1pm and my husband hasn't said one word to me. He is mad and when I ask him why he says nothing and won't even look at me. Couple of hours later I ask him to please talk to me about why he is so mad and he said I'm not ready to talk yet. I'll let you know when I'm ready. He said when I tell you then you will understand. Understand what!?! In 2011 I wasn't totally honest with my doctor and had a major surgery I actually died on the table and they almost didn't get me back. I spent over a month in intensive care and a month in a regular hospital room. I didn't want that to happen to him. I left to drive around because I do have a mouth on me and didn't want to make the situation worse, been home 30mins and still haven't been acknowledged. I'm mad hurt, I just don't know what to do.
