Mucus plug or not?

Ladies I need help, is this mucus plug or not. I’m 31 weeks with mono di twins. Should I go to hospital? Help please

Yes it looks like it is the mucus plug. I lost mine around 28 weeks and it looked like that. Dont go to hospital unless you are having labor signs. But call your dr or after hour nurses asap and tell them make sure you have the pictures with you to show them. They'll confirm. Your dr. Should check you and may put you on bed rest. I was sent on bed rest in the hospital from mine at 28 weeks and lasted 4 more weeks after going into labor 3 times. I ended up having my baby at 32 weeks exactly.
