Who has had 1 or more successful births with endometriosis?

I have endometriosis, I hade surgery to remove it all 10 years ago but the dr said it could all come back. I was 26 when I was finally able to conceive my daughter but now she’s 4 and I’m trying again and I suppose I want to see what kinda feedback I can get and I am totally up for any and all suggestions! I have severe endometriosis. I had the surgery and got pregnant with the combination of letrozole, trigger, 2 IUI’s, then our last attempted try on medication but without IUI, we got pregnant! It was so unexpected. IUI was breaking the bank and causing physical/emotional strain. We were told to do IUI because we tried for 12 months before with no luck (and because of my endometriosis and my husbands low motility). We were so proud/ happy when we conceived with timed intercourse after 2 failed IUI’s!❤️ there is hope.

It took me 2 years but with letrozole, trigger shot and 2x iui, i now have a healthy and happy 7 month old daughter. Once I had the surgery 6 months later I tried the above combination and conceived

I never had the surgery... I'm able to get pregnant, however, my body won't carry the fetus... I've had 9 miscarriages

I had the surgery last year in July. I didn't know I had endo until the surgery. My husband and I have been trying over a year. This is my 5th round with medication. Hopefully, this round will work.

I had surgery after trying for 5 years and got pregnant with my son the cycle right after with the help of Femara. We are TTC again. Tomorrow marks three years since my last surgery and I’m hoping it doesn’t come to that again. If we have trouble again, that’s probably what I will end up doing.

Did you conceive her shortly after the surgery? I have to do IVF soon and I'm thinking about doing the surgery, then IVF right after.
