(Tmi Question) HELP! 😢

I have had quite a few yeast/bv infections but I've always been lucky that my only symptom is extra discharge.

Right now my whole genital area feels uncomfortably moist and burn-y when my pants are up and I'm moving around. Even my rectum. It hurts to wipe and my pee burns everything. Not coming out of my urethra (like a uti), but like it's acidic and I'm raw. It's not swollen. There's no weird smell or discharge. But it's horrifically uncomfortable. Help!

Anyone else had this or know what it might be? I'm calling my dr tmrw but I'm scared becuase I've heard other women say that in the third trimester they don't treat bv or yeast! It's been like this since Friday, I just thought it was from intercourse becoming uncomfortable or tender genitals in the last tri.
