When did you find out gender?

I have my next appointment in 3 weeks. I’ll be 16 weeks. Will my US tech be able to tell a gender?

I found out at 8 weeks with SneakPeek, it’s a blood test you do at home and mail in. On the 18th I’m going in for a 14 week scan to confirm the gender, I’m going to a private ultrasound center where they say they can tell the gender as soon as 14 weeks. But I say the blood test is probably more accurate than an ultrasound, they claim to be 99.1% accurate at 8+ weeks.

My ob offers early gender scans at 16 weeks because thats the earliest it can be accurate.

My baby wouldn’t let us see anything at the 18 week scan. Luckily we had a blood test done earlier, so we knew it was a boy. But he was a wiggle worm during the US, and we never got a view. So, you might be able to see, but even when you SHOULD be able to tell, sometimes they just don’t cooperate. Good luck!
