7:30! Since I got pregnant I’ve been exhausted and she won’t go to bed without me so she comes in and falls asleep around 730 with me!

6:30-7, 7:30 at the absolute latest.

Weekdays 7.30 as we are up 630 ready for work/nursery.
Weekends 8-10 xx

We’ve always done a 9pm bedtime, even since mine was an infant. I work nights and my husband works days, so we need him to sleep as late as possible in the morning, or I can’t function. If he sleeps until 8:30am, I get 4.5-5 hours of sleep, and that’s doing good for me. 🤦🏻‍♀️😴 But, hes always done well with a late bedtime.
