Suddenly Baby is Super Active!?

I'm a little concerned, my LO Alexandria, I would usually only feel her 6 or 7 times a day, usually when sitting/ laying down, and only a kick or two at a time. This was literally two days ago. Yesterday she's been moving A LOT, I mean almost constant throughout the day. Maybe 45 minutes in between and lots of flipping/ kicking at a time. I'm 26 weeks now, and my mother told me I became very active when I was in fetal distress. Someone make me feel better??
