Want to start working out.
Hi, I’m wanting to start working out simply because I want to be healthier and I’m not liking the way my body looks at the moment. I’m 5’1 and about 109 pounds last time I weighed myself. I have a butt but I would like it be bigger. I want to be bigger like my goal weight is 125-130. I want to be “thick” but like a healthy thick. I’m recently starting to get a gut too and it’s so ugly. 👎🏾it’s starting to make me insecure. I’m just tired of being skinny, I want to be in shape. I’ve never worked out or been to the gym before so I have no idea what to do. Can someone please help me? What kind of workouts should I do? also what things can I eat to gain weight? I don’t eat red meat at all mainly only chicken, shrimp, & fish.
