Grief in pregnancy.

I found out on Saturday that the chemo treatment my grandmother is having is palliative and not going to cure her cancer. I had no idea it was that serious. We have always been so close and I'm heartbroken. The family especially my mum say I have to stay strong for my little boy but I just can't stop crying. Anyone else out there dealt with issues like these? X x x
