Idk what to do

I’m so paranoid about my vagina.. I recently contracted and sti from my partner several months ago.. I went to the doctor, got antibiotics, and everything was okay afterwards. Not long after I got a uti, and I’ve had atleast 2 yeast infections. I’m very hygienic, I bathe twice a day, I use mild cleaners like Castile soap and plain dove, I’ve only had sex with two people in my life. My partner and I both have been tested again since (I’ve had a second urinalysis, she’s had blood work and a swab) I’m sick of being itchy and uncomfortable, I don’t know what to do and I’m panicking. Some one, some where, HELP. I’m not sure what I’m wanting to get out of sharing this but any words or wisdom/comfort will suffice. Btw.. I’m grown grown. I get that there are risk with unprotected sex and I learned the HARD way.
