I start Clomid tomorrow any advice or POSITIVE stories ?

Cycle Days  3-7 
Will have follicle scan CD12
And then trigger shot 
I ovulate on my own already (according to opk) but never had any testing based on ovulation before 
All other tests my own and husbands were great 
Been ttc 16 months

I never had many side effects minus ovulation pain worse than normal when it got close to that time but it was never real painful. I’m currently on clomid 100mg. I’m cycle day 24 right now and JUST got positive tests. Clomid can make you ovulate later than normal too. But I don’t have regular cycle or ovulate on my own often so my story is a bit different. I have 2 healthy amazing children from clomid! Clomid has given me my children!

Take it a bad time. You’ll honestly feel miserable on it but for me it was well worth it. I did conceive. I baby dance before and during and after i ovulated. Good luck!!!

So I did not conceive on clomid, however, similar to you I ovulate on my own and have regular periods. Prior to clomid, I learned while tracking opks/bbt I had a short leutal defect. I would ovulate CD21 and my period would come CD28/29 (7-8 day LP). After suffering back to back chemicals, the dr prescribed me 50mg clomid to help regulate my hormones. Now, I’m happy to say I ovulate on cd14-15, have a LP of at least 12 days and never had more pleasant periods in my life (sadly I never knew how I felt before wasn’t “normal”). I hardly get cramps, no more hormonal acne. I’m so thankful for this medicine and hope I can naturally conceive again!

I barely had any side effects and it actually gave me 28 day cycles with ovulation day on day 14 all three cycles. Only on day 25 today of cycle three. Took mine days 5 to 9 since I ovulate on my own and tried both morning and night and neither made a difference. I always took it with food to prevent nausea. I really like that I can predict my cycle while I'm on it. Both of us also were tested and everything seems great but unfortunately still not pregnant. Hoping it works for you! It did made my progesterone levels really high... 40, 71, and now 52. So maybe it'll be the same for you!

Take it at bed time to help with not having side effects as bad.i got hot flashes and very bad mood swings.i took it cd 3-7 and im waiting to ovulate.also i would get preseed cause the Clomid dried me out.
