My husband asked for a divorce đ
Yesterday we had a big argument. My husband does not want me to go back to work, and he clearly does not want me to go back to school either. My husband told me that I shouldnât work because he wants me at home looking after our 2 years old. I decided to go back to school instead and my husband has been far from supportive towards this. I have lectures today, so on Wednesday I told my husband again for the 100th time that we need to put our daughter in nursery or find childcare for her. My husband said âno. Stay at home. If you put her in nursery or find childcare for her, then you will have to pay for it on your ownâ. I then managed to ask my mother to babysit for me for today while I go to uni. My mother agreed but said that she is working in the morning so I had to come and stay over so I can be with baby until when I had to leave for uni and by then my mum will be back from work. Yesterday, I asked my husband to please drop our child and I at my mumâs house because the trains were not running... my husband said âI have told you that you can never spend the night at your parents house and you can only visit them when I give you permission toâ. This is not the first time that he has said this. He keeps trying to remove me from my family. I told him to please let me go and I explained that I needed to stay with our daughter until my mum got back from work and then I can go to uni. He still did not agree. He then called my mum and was verbally aggressive towards her. Oh God I broke down. This is my mum! She did absolutely nothing to have deserved to have been spoken to in that manner!!! Iâm not sure how but I suddenly had the courage to stand up for myself and I spoke back at my husband! He became very angry, he threw the TV down, slapped me and was very abusive towards me. I was so afraid because I didnât know what else he was going to do so i carried my baby quickly and said that I was going to my mumâs. He said âif you walk out of that door, this marriage is overâ. I left with a cab. I have been at my mumâs since last night and I really donât know what to do
