Question

Does this look like it’s healing okay?
It’s not very painful or anything unless I hit it on accident. 
Sometimes a bit of liquid comes out but I read that, that’s normal. It’s a bit itch but I think it’s because it’s healing. I’ve only had it for going on 2 weeks.

I think it looks fine. Ideally a fresh piercing shouldn’t look that irritated and to me it looks like a small raised area is also forming around the area, but I can’t tell for sure. There will be redness and swelling to a new piercing for the first week or two and both my nose and my helix didn’t start having discharge until the 2-3 week mark, so that is most likely normal. I would just say watch out for bumping and irritation. It’s super easy to bump a new piercing and that can make things a lot worse in terms of irritation, infection, and healing. Good luck👍🏼

If you've caught it alot the redness will be due to that, I loved my lip piercing but wow does it hurt when you catch it. You should be able to get a smaller bar soon which will help stop the catching. 
I'd suggest to not clean with chemicals, just once every other day with normal soap or face wash. I've never used sea salt or piecing cleaner and they've healed really well.
