Way to much pain to handle

I have a tooth that has been cracked, turned into a cavity, now it's to late to save it, they need to pull it, but having state insurance doesn't help. No oral surgeon or dentist will take me. Mind you, I've been dealing with this pain for over 4 months. I stay up at least 4 1/2 hours in the night cause I can't sleep. Being pregnant is a big pain itself. We all just want the baby to be here!! I just can't take the pain no more. :(
