Sharp pain in left side

Yesterday I got a VVVVVFL. Not a BFP. This morning the line was still SUPER light. I have been super bloated and have had a few other symptoms too. I am not suppose to get AF for another 4 days. So I’m not too concerned about it being lighter and plan to keep testing. Here’s my concern.

Tonight I have an awful pain in my left side. It keeps happening off and on. At one point was so bad I couldn’t even hold my phone because I got super weak during it. Even when it’s not super bad it’s still just a radiating pain there. I did have to poop. TMI. I thought this would get rid of the pain thinking maybe it was just gas pain. But it’s still hurting. Any idea what could be going on? I’m trying not to overthink things since I haven’t gotten a BFP yet. Here’s my test from yesterday just so you can see how faint it was. May not even be positive. Maybe I’m just seeing things. But I’m concerned about this pain.

Also, don’t know if it matters but when I ovulated I felt the pain on the same side that I feel pain on now.
